I worked as a resident on the leadership team at the Epiphany School and supported the opening of their Early Learning Center. Epiphany School is a tuition-free, full-service independent middle school (grades 5-8) in Dorchester, MA. With the leadership team, I designed and implemented professional development, mentored new teachers, and assisted with daily school activities. I collaborated with Epiphany leaders at the Early Learning Center to design high-quality early childhood programming, create community partnerships, and develop a comprehensive system of support for students and families.
