About Reed Richardson

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at iA, I lead the strategy and execution of the company's sales, marketing, and customer advocate functions. With over 18 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, I am passionate about delivering solutions that enable pharmacists to provide better patient care and outcomes. The Movement to accelerate pharmacy is in full force!I joined iA in December 2020 as the Vice President, Strategy and Commercialization, where I was responsible for developing and launching new products and services, expanding into new markets, and building strategic partnerships. In November 2022, I was promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing, overseeing the company's brand, communications, and demand generation activities. In September 2023, I became the CCO, bringing together the commercial teams under one vision and mission to Unleash the full potential of pharmacy. My core competencies include new business development, customer relationship management, team building, product innovation, market analysis, and strategy. I advocate for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and their role in the healthcare system, as I come from a family of pharmacists.
