About Adrienne Reed

Adrienne Reed is the founder and CEO of The Hamba Group inc. - a multi-hyphenate creative lifestyle agency rooted in strategy and direction. The marketing and branding based organization was founded by Reed in 2016 in response to what she refers to as a “neck snatch” towards purpose. Since she can remember, Reed has been innately passionate about her culture and the lack of safe spaces it holds in society. In everything she has done since childhood, this narrative has shown up and been integrated into the season she was in, but it wasn’t until Hamba that Reed took this inevitable truth and made it her life’s work. Since diving into entrepreneurship Reed has taken her mission and business around the globe, with speaking engagements across America, Africa, and Europe. Over the last four years Hamba has grown into a globally known marketing activation & community platform with Brunch 2 Bomb, launched a production company in Blue Drop Entertainment, catapulted the success of some of your favorite artists and DJs through their talent management division, and have much more on the way. Following ten years in corporate America, Reed is committed to being who she was fearlessly made to be and inspiring others to find the same clarity. Driven by purpose and alignment, Reed is diving head first into creating safe profitable and aligned spaces for people of color brick by brick. Hamba knows, culture is the true celebrity and Reed is committed to magnifying it. Reed attended the University of La Verne where she studied Marketing and forged lifelong relationships that live on in her work. Reed is community forward in everything she does and attributes much of her budding success to her growing tribe - a bevy of friends, family, mentors, and love. Reed loves international travel and plans to live overseas for a short while in the near future.
