I served as the voice and the face of two local restaurant franchises. I was responsible for maintaining websites, emails, social media and working with the managers to provide better service to our guests. My duties included, but were not limited to: •Developing and maintaining a compelling brand positioning and identifying local market strategies to directly drive sales and/or build traffic•Supporting the Director of Franchise Operations and restaurant Managers in marketing/promotional matters •Creating and developing creative material to use in the local market through media outlets/grassroots marketing avenues (direct mail, print advertisements, billboards, coupon cards, fliers, radio commercials, etc.)•Creating and developing internal marketing for restaurant use (promotional pieces for new products, table tents, event posters, chalkboard art, email newsletters, etc.) •Collecting and analyzing all marketing efforts to measure ROI from various avenues of distribution•Developing and implementing a local marketing plan that provides brand building programs targeting local community efforts •Developing and maintaining social media campaigns and local website content•Managing customer databases of information for emails and other promotional material messaging•Creating and developing weekly emails for customer database•Establishing relationships and partnerships with a variety of organizations to drive brand awareness and promotional opportunities•Managing all trade and in-kind donations with community groups and media outlets•Implementing local marketing programs and promotions to target segmented day parts and business offerings (i.e. catering, to-go, lunch, dinner)•Managing local media and serving as the local spokesperson for radio and television opportunities•Representing the restaurants at community events and promotions•Managing a "street team" responsible for using approved promotional material to generate sales

I was responsible for finding new local clients in Knoxville who are looking into radio and other creative marketing solutions to help grown their businesses. I enjoyed developing and communicating brands and creating conversations between consumers and companies.

While working to get my bachelor's degree, I had the pleasure of working with some of the best servers and bartenders in Knoxville. I also had the pleasure of being lead by (and learning from) a wonderful group of managers who strive to keep making Chili's a place Knoxvillians want to visit, again and again.
