• Increased Japanese transfer students to state universities by 25 percent
• Created MSU-Akita alumni organization
• Working with cross-functional team, negotiated agreement with Japanese entity to transfer organization from a Higher Learning accredited campus through St. Cloud State University, to a Japanese state universit
