In 2022, I made the leap from teaching to tech. When I started, I wasn’t sure what digital experience intelligence (DXI) was, let alone CSS, APIs, or GDPR. But I could create individual success plans that coached 120+ stakeholders (students) into meeting their OKRs (rock the SATs and get into college) and then execute those plans. I knew I was hyper-organized with a focus on cross-functional systems and that I was driven to build deep relationships. I figured that whatever I didn’t already know, I could learn—and I was right!As a Customer Success Manager, I manage a book of strategic, global clients and become their trusted strategic advisor. I'm responsible for their technical implementation and configuration, as well as building relationships with key stakeholders. I partnered with sales on renewals and upsell opportunities, closing $250k in upsell in the last year. I built systems that impacted my CX and Sales counterparts to ensure that the full life cycle of the account went smoothly. I excel at building relationships across lines of difference and encouraging others to do their next right thing. I work best in environments--and on teams--dedicated to tackling the biggest challenges of our time with compassion, tenacity, and courage.My secret superpowers include candid feedback and a minimalist packing style. My husband and I hiked 775 kilometers across the northern part of Spain as pilgrims on El Camino de Santiago de Compostela. I’m a voracious reader, adventurous cook, and sometimes yogi.
