Responsible for ongoing improvements and optimization to the front end of the E-Commerce site.Assist with improving user experience by partnering with designers, UX, and internal teams.Author and implement front-end templates, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and Commerce Cloud Digital Script.Use the B2C Commerce API to implement business logic in templates and script files.Author pipelines or controllers as needed to implement site enhancements and features.Work with back-end developers to implement and iterate on new Stance.com initiatives.Write neat, semantic, concise, indented and thoroughly commented code for HTML, CSS/SCSS and JavaScript.Facilitate and introduce new feature sets based on designs coming from creative.Prepare front-end templates to provide progressive enhancement for modern browsers, and graceful degradation for older browsers, within technical specifications and whenever possible.Execute/troubleshoot any front-end technical or performance issues that may arise.Monitor and ensure quality assurance across all platforms, devices and browsers detailed in the technical specification of each project.Ability to work with cross functional teams, including outside consultants, successfully.Manage stance.com code base.Responsible for managing all incoming Pull Requests, deploying code to Staging and Production environments, and scheduling code releases in consultation with team.Document all code releases on stance.com.Implement necessary configurations in Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager to support site enhancements.
