I am currently self-employed, but I would entertain a W2 position.Prior to starting S2 Capital, I spent many years employed as a Wholesale Lending Account Executive; responsible for soliciting and managing Mortgage Broker and Correspondent relationships, primarily in Orange County, CA. I have been a California licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator since 2009. In addition, I have been an Area Manager in the Wireless Telecommunications Industry, where I had complete sales, operations and profit & loss responsibility for 16 AT&T Wireless store locations with over 80 employees. I also have extensive experience "solutions selling"​ for leading computer manufacturers (NEC, ACER, Ecrix). I have held positions as Channel Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and National Accounts Sales Executive. My responsibilities have included the management of large territories (Western USA and Canada), National Reseller Accounts (TIG, En Pointe, etc.), Direct Marketers (Insight, PC Malls, Zones, etc.) and Distributor relationships (Ingram-Micro, TechData and Bell Micro Products). I sold to Fortune 2000 and Government/Educational customers- directly and through Distributors and VARs. I also have experience developing OEM relationships and launching new products into the marketplace.I am a graduate of the California State University, Long Beach, where I received a Bachelor degree in Business Economics with a minor in Business Administration: Entrepreneurship (graduating with academic honors). I have always exceed my sales quotas and have been regarded as a top performer by my previous employers.
