Additional responsibilities include marketing, strategic business planning and national account support. Through the Retirement Services division of DWS Investments, we create customized solutions for mid to large sized companies. Our solution is most beneficial for those companies who currently employ, or would like to work through a financial intermediary, are looking for best in class investments, and stress the importance of education in a dedicated service model.

Work with an external sales partner to place our retirement plan solution with the clients of financial advisors, consultants and other intermediaries.Obtained series 3 license, and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist designation.

Built a client base through marketing, referrals and natural market. Personalized solutions were created through financial planning, specializing in the areas of banking, insurance, and investments.Obtained series 7, 66, and Illinois Life and Health Insurance licenses.
