As my second summer with Zimmer Biomet, I am currently working on expanding my knowledge and experience that I gained last year.

My primary role involved meticulously cleaning and preparing golf carts to ensure optimal guest experience. I warmly welcomed guests upon arrival, fostering a positive atmosphere. Additionally, I maintained cleanliness and organization in the bag room and cart areas, ensuring a professional environment at all times.

In this job, I acquired expertise in the step-by-step procedures of total joint replacements. I established and nurtured valuable relationships with hospital staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration. I gained firsthand experience by observing surgeries in the operating room, contributing to a deep understanding of surgical processes and protocols.

I demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of dock store products, showcasing in-depthproduct knowledge and the ability to assist customers effectively. I successfully executed sales transactions in the dock store, showcasing strong interpersonal and sales skills to meet customer needs and drive revenue. I regularly attended and actively participated in daily team meetings, contributing insights and aligning efforts with team objectives for enhanced collaboration and productivity

I consistently provided customers with exceptional service, ensuring their needs were met promptly and efficiently.
