I spent 15+ years in the travel industry mainly as Pricing Analyst and Product Manager, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the industry and have gained valuable experience in developing pricing strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends.However, like many others in the industry, I faced unexpected challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. As travel restrictions were put in place, I had to pivot my career and transition into a mobile field software sales role. This experience was a true test of my adaptability and resilience, and I learned how to navigate the changing landscape and adapt to new customer needs.I am proud to say that my experience in sales has led me to my current position as a Business Operations Manager. In this role, I utilize my expertise in pricing and product management, as well as my sales skills, to deliver exceptional value to our clients. I am responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing teams, and driving business growth through process improvement and strategy development.I continue to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, and I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs. I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences that the travel industry has provided me with over the previous 15 years, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the growth and success of the industry in the years to come.
