Ensuring that the onboarding process will be a great experience for the candidate by making sure hisassets, signing the contracts, policies, enrolling on system, bank account, medical and social insuranceare ready on day one.• Responsible for tracking the social insurance and ensuring that all the employees are insured as well asthe resigned are released by using form 1 and 6.• Handling all the social insurance matters such as submitting form 2 according to the yearly adjustmentsaligned with the insurance law.• Making sure that the employee files are tracked and organized by the employee ID and have the fullresponsibility of the archive room.• Responsible for creating the HC letters whenever requested on the system and assuring that it meetsthe expected SLA• Handling the onboarding for UAE remotely, starting from getting the offer acceptance from thecandidate to assuring that the candidate joined, and he is not facing any obstacles.• Assuring that the medical insurance in UAE is up to date either with the new hires or the resignedemployees and making sure that their eligible dependents are added aligned with medical insuranceUAE law.• Requesting the facilities management team in UAE for giving new joiners parking access if needed aswell as giving them access cards and mobile phones by sending them the eligibility of thenew joiners by following the grades hierarchy.• Making sure that the offboarded employees’ handover all their assets and clearing all theirresponsibilities on their last working day as well as their clearance form must be signed from all thestakeholders.• Updating the payroll team if there any amount to be deducted from the offboarded employees as wellas updating them with new joiners, transfers, promotions, and compensation changes.• Handling all kinds of visas for employees and their dependents starting from visa new joiners till thevisa cancellation process• Responsible to create all our process Mapping using Visio.
