-Creation of new product entries on BOH software-Insertion of daily purchase orders-Manage goods’ transfers to multiple branches-Quote, invoice and arrange retailors’ and wholesalers’ orders-Supervise reporting of POS daily transactions-Modify details of closed POS invoices-Insertion of bank operations on accounting software (deposits, withdrawals and statements)-Responsible for Journal Entries-Follow-up and track client receipts to date and pending receivables-Follow-up and track supplier payments to date and pending payables-Communication of monthly reports to board members-Import daily sales of gym and spa-Communication of daily transactions of gym and spa to board members

-Responsible for selling Class Sport gym and spa services-In charge of communicating in house promotions to gym and spa members-Telemarketing to potential clients-Responsible for house tours-Follow up on membership renewals-Daily insert of sales onto gym adopted software-In charge of posting up to date schedules for attendees-Audit number of class participants and report discrepancies to management-Handle and report guest complains
