This internship provided me with practical visions into HR operations and enhanced my understanding of the importance of effective HR practices in supporting organizational success.

I took a remote internship in Egypt as an HR Generalist. My responsibilities included:1. Overseeing the video editing department and conducting feedback.2. Supporting recruitment processes, including screening resumes.3. Managing HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. As I gained a lot of experience such as Adapting quickly to new tasks and challenges, showing flexibility and a proactive approach to learning, showed strong attention to detail, reliability and a solid work ethic.
