I have extensive experience in the telecommunications sector and currently work as a Senior Specialist in Numbering Planning at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) in Egypt, the government body responsible for regulating and supervising telecommunications services in the country. I hold a bachelor’s degree in science and possess a strong background in information technology.Previously, as a Licensing Follow-up Specialist at NTRA, I gained valuable experience in licensing and regulatory affairs. My current role involves managing emergency and relief services, addressing problems for mobile operators, and overseeing domain names, numbering management systems, and Internet addresses. I ensure compliance with national and international standards and regulations, follow up on number transfer operations, identify technical problems, and work with service providers to resolve these issues.I am dedicated to improving the quality, accessibility, and affordability of telecommunications services in Egypt while protecting the interests and rights of the organization. My efforts have successfully contributed to numerous projects and initiatives that have enhanced the telecommunications sector, promoting innovation and growth.I am passionate about developing the communications industry and creating a positive social and economic impact.
