Delivery Lead, Capability Network - Responsible for end to end recruitment delivery across levels for below practices-a. Talent & Organization (T&O)b. Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O)c. Customer & Channels (C&C)d. M&A, Digital, Strategy & Sustainability (MADSS)e. Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP)In my earlier role as a Senior Analyst, was responsible for:1. Sourcing for skills and levels across CN2. Analyze and use cost effective and appropriate recruitment sourcing channels3. Interacting with business, understanding critical requirements and ensuring sourcing delivery through an appropriate mix of channels. 4. Making quarter by quarter sourcing strategy depending upon the recruitment numbers shared by our internal clients.5. Initiating schemes for Agencies and Employee referral to ensure inflow of profiles. 6. Giving timely inputs and feedback to vendors and internal team to streamline search. 7. Agency empanelment and dis-empanelment – Agency education and induction, allocation of skills, empanelling and dis-empanelling of vendors, handling queries related to skills, process, invoicing etc8. Agency performance evaluation9. Managing end to end Agency payments10. Managed sourcing for following skills: a. Talent & Organization (T&O) b. CRM Sales (SFDC, ICM , TPM) c. Sustainability d.
