1. Responsible for Performance Management and improvement initiatives2. Advice & assist line managers to implement the performance assessment program in providing construction employee feedback3. Analyze employee satisfaction survey and customer satisfaction survey and develop a LOA by partnering with the Line Managers4. Develop and execute an onboarding plan for new hires across the business5. Partnering with leadership in the annual goal setting exercise for the articulation of operating plan.6. Project Manager for the planning and implementing the project like Assessment Center, Development Center, Competency Mapping for Line Managers and Head of Department which includes designing competency dictionary as per the organization's goal and culture.
