Role & Responsibilities:  Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for SAP Requirements. Responsible for sourcing, screening and evaluating profiles as per job description and share profiles to the technical team. Coordinating with technical panel for scheduling the interviews for short listed candidates and conducting weekdays and weekend drives Once Candidate is selected do background verification and document verification. Negotiate the job offers and rollout the offer letters to the selected candidates. Maintain continuous contact with candidates and do follow up till that candidates joins. Sending reports on daily basis to the Manager and updating the database. Experience in handling weekend drives .
