• HR - Overall co-ordination of manpower plans and recruitment Hiring the recruiters, preparing offer letters & contracts of employment and ensuring that the new starter s. Daily/Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly M.I.S., Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Time office management ,Training & Development…….ETC• Recruitment – Posting advertisement, Scrutinizing applications, Telephonic Interviews, Scheduling written tests and interviews, Co-ordination with Interview panel, Reference Checks, Verification and collection of Academic and Experience certificates, Issue Offer letters, documentation of all records and recruitment procedures.• Induction – W.• Human Resource Management System - Preparing Personal Files of Employees. Daily/Weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly M.I.S.• Performance Appraisal – Yearly evaluation of Performance of every employee. Rating employee with Concerned HOD or Superior, Study of Past disciplinary, attendance and performance records of employees. Evaluation of actual productivity v/s Expected productivity of employees. To find out additional potentials to take more responsibilities. Identifying training needs.Exit Interviews & Full and Final Settlements – CEmployee records maintenance system – Updating and maintaining separate files of each employee in the company.
