Daily/Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly M.I.S., Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Time office management ,Training & Development…….ETC• Recruitment – Posting advertisement, Scrutinizing applications, Telephonic Interviews, Scheduling written tests and interviews, Co-ordination with Interview panel, Reference Checks, Verification and collection of Academic and Experience certificates, Issue Offer letters, documentation of all records and recruitment procedures.• Induction – W.• Human Resource Management System - Preparing Personal Files of Employees. Daily/Weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly M.I.S.• Performance Appraisal – Yearly evaluation of Performance of every employee. Rating employee with Concerned HOD or Superior, Study of Past disciplinary, attendance and performance records of employees. Evaluation of actual productivity v/s Expected productivity of employees. To find out additional potentials to take more responsibilities. Identifying training needs.Exit Interviews & Full and Final Settlements – CEmployee records maintenance system – Updating and maintaining separate files of each employee in the company. Documentation and filing of all records in HR department.• Training & Development – Induction Programme for new employees, Conducting Industrial Safety In-house Training Programme,• General Administration – Encompassing Event Management of function/exhibition , arrangement of travels/hotels conference/ seminar /board meeting/Presentation, Negotiating & appointing new vendors, Proper enforcement of Annual Maintenance Contracts for office equipment, VeAdministration of Hygiene and sanitation including pest control at stores ,organizing Hotel Bookings on all India basis, Coordination for Mobile bills processing & efficient management of Security Staff & patty cash management …..ETC
