I have a diploma in Medical Office Management including transcription, Medical Anatomy & Terminology, Pharmacology and Medical Coding/Billing. I can type about 80 wpm. I have about 10 years of experience in Call Center settings. I've done it all from handling calls as a Customer Service representative to Quality Assurance/Monitoring, Team Leader, Training, Floor Support etc. I never give less than 100% in anything I do and I'm an extremely dedicated and responsible worker.
