Plus keep Captain updated about the progress and also keep in touch with office staff regarding status on the plane.• Load sheet staff gathers. All sheets from warehouse inputs data into the system and generate a loading sheet with acceptable trim and balance. Faxes this to Handle x and gives 4 copies to the loading staff for the handle staff.• Just manifest by removing any offloads. Last minute and print new/revised manifest for file.• Making daily reports related all the flights.
