Failing is a part of life and it is a way that people learn and grow from their mistakes. However, having said that, when it comes to my career I do not share the same outlook. I have always told myself throughout my educational journey and in my career that failing is not an option because I am too busy succeeding. I am driven to do my best because anything less than my best is just not good enough. I possess great interpersonal and communication skills, and customer service is where my passion lies. I really enjoy being part of the experience that puts a smile on customer's faces. I understand that having long-time, returning customers is what most businesses thrive on. So I want to have a hand in the management team that works hard to keep customers happy and satisfied. I am actively looking for new and exciting opportunities to display my talents.
