She leads the Application Modernization and Innovation Market offering in US-India which focuses on modernizing our clients’ “ways of working” to prepare the organization to embrace a next-gen architecture through Agile and DevOps enablement and cloud migrations. Her key responsibilities include leading & supporting sales pursuits, client relationship development, specialized competency development and delivery. Reena has strong technology background & has worked across multiple industries and domains. She has in depth project management experience and has managed large and complex life cycle project delivery under onsite offshore model for projects both on cloud and on-prem.In addition, she also has strong Quality Assurance background and helped her clients in Test Assessment, Optimization and setting up Testing Center of Excellence.She is also well known in industry and submitted white paper and though wares in external forum. She has also represented Deloitte in various international conference. She is very passionate about Inclusion and has been leading Inclusion as part of her projects and practice.
