Desktop Support Analyst
Current-I work on onboarding/offboarding members by creating user accounts, assigning user licenses, and installing all the necessary software for their laptop. I organize and plan for equipment returns and update our inventory accurately.-I maintain Microsoft Teams rooms in the office, and work with AV technicians to repair any issues. I handle and resolve incoming support tickets in a efficient and timely manner, keeping users updated on the status of their requests.-I manage company assets such as laptops, monitors, keyboards/mice, headsets, etc. I update and maintain company laptops to ensure they are working for users. I also keep track of our office's peripheral inventory to accommodate user requests.
