Senior Account Director
Responsibilities• Building and retaining client relationships at a strategic and operational level for Bayer across EMEA and APAC regions in the Life Sciences sector and previously with Telco clients under the Liberty Global brand, including Vodafone, Virgin Media and Ziggo,• Maximising client business opportunities and delivering insights to support account development/growth.• Working closely with clients to understand their business challenges, explore customer insights to inform intelligent strategies that deliver solutions which will deliver the most impact and support long-term growth.• Cross selling ITG core services and MarTech where opportunities are identified.• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, planning and delivery of BAU digital marketing campaigns/email operations.• Oversee the quality-of-service delivery and process efficiencies and client satisfaction in line with SLAs.• Commercial accountability for the profitability of the accounts• Support progression and development of team members• Account Development planning and budgetary forecasting/performance reporting for senior management.Key Achievements• Transitioned Vodafone DE onto a Self-Service model for content creation via a Flexible Framework and delivery of BAU emails via Canopy Deploy.
