Successfully led the secondary school from acceptable to good in the last inspection. Inspection team stated that Secondary KS4 and KS5 was 'intelligently designed'. -Responsible for design and implementation of the CPD programme across the secondary school. Successfully implement the WalkThru CPD programme which I now oversee. -Responsible for driving improvements in teaching and learning in line with the school ethos of research informed practice.-I current lead on curriculum design working alongside Head of Inclusion and Head of Secondary for post 16 and GCSE as our secondary cohort grows . -Leading on whole school events alongside the PTA.-Support of the ISP marketing function, acting as SLT link. My work with the Marketing department has driven secondary student numbers growth year on year and ensured high retention rates in key year groups (Year 6/7).-Coaching and mentoring of NQT and PGCE students-BTEC coordinator -Deputy Safeguarding lead (Level 3Safeguarding course completed with ISP)-Whole School Well-being Leader - having achieved 'High' and 'Good' Ratings with DSIB Show less
