My passion for HR inspired me to major in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. With this major, I get the opportunity to learn more about HR and see how I can effectively contribute to a HR department with the concepts taught in University. Recently, I got the chance to put my learnings to use during my internship with Infineon Technologies. I was able to hone my communication and teamwork skills through the various tasks assigned to me. Not only that, through this internship, I could see I was excelling in this position and I was happy doing this job. This further strengthened my desire to pursue a role in HR, thus, I am looking forward to widening my horizons and exploring the different aspects of HR.
