Lead on Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) across the Council by providing professional expertise in the areas of Information Architecture, Classification, Retention and Destruction, Records Management and other wider related areas such as Information Governance, Information Security, Data Sharing and Quality, Freedom of Information Act.

Part of the Council Document Management (CDM) project team that rolled out an EDRM system (CDM) to approximately 3500 users. The technical solution was eDOCS, supplied by Hummingbird/Open Text. The CDM project team adhered to Prince 2 project management standards and used a repeatable roll out methodology.

Training Manager for Bedfordshire County Council’s ECM (Electronic Content Management) project. The project followed the PRINCE 2 project management methodology and was delivered on time to budget. The System, based on the TRIM Context Software, was rolled out to approximately 100 users within three departments.

An EDRM Consultant, implementing TRIM Context (EDRM system) to customers, resellers and partners using methodologies consistent with current best practice in EDRM and Project Management.

An Application Consultant for the EDRMS project working for Fujitsu Services, which delivered a fully managed EDRM service to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Followed PRINCE 2 project management methodology and was delivered on time to budget. The system was rolled out to 5000 users across 20 geographical locations.
