- Responsible for providing end to end bid management for the lifecycle of bids from initial concept and bid decision to award notification and being the first point of contact. - Reviewing commissioner documents to produce high quality bid plans and mapping the bid lifecycle. - Accountable for tracking the progress on a daily basis of each opportunity to identify any gaps and potential challenges with suggested resolutions. - Working closely with the Sales Leads to arrange, manage, co-ordinate and deliver multiple workstreams to meet the needs of opportunities. - Expediting workstream leads and subject matter experts to ensure packages of work are completed on time and ensuring the information is of high quality and in line with the specification. - Responsible for working within the Authority Matrix and checking documents throughout and prior to submission to ensure internal and commissioner compliance is adhered to ahead of submission.

- Worked with the Project Manager to track bid progress, chase contributors and support the Bid team to ensure tasks are completed on time. - Responsible for carrying out and summarising demographic research and providing evidence to support national tenders. - Supported the National Business Development Managers and Project Managers in managing the bid process for national tenders. - Supported the completion of all relevant bid documents including, Bid Plan, Capture Plan, Launch documents, Expressions of Interests and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires. - Line managed the Bid Administrator ensuring regional teams receive a high standard of support. - Responsible for the co-ordination of meetings, taking minutes and circulating relevant actions. - Accountable for managing the Sant database and Bid Library. - Provided reports and forecasts on Remploy’s bid progress. - Ensured all bids follow the company’s Business Development Process while suggesting improvements to both the process and templates.
