Prepare, complete, collect, coordinate, follow-up and organize discovery; draft and argue motions, prepare internal reports assessing medical, risk and liability issues; conduct and defend examinations before trial. Retain and consult with medical experts. Appear in New York State Supreme and Civil Courts.and have second chaired a medical malpractice case where the verdict was for the City of New York.

Prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases. Several cases completed to verdict, including vehicular crime, assault cases, larceny offenses and narcotics cases. Conducted grand jury presentations and preparation of civilian and law enforcement witnesses for grand jury.

Worked on two major employment discrimination cases against the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, which were pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Conducted legal research and drafted judicial opinions on variety of legal issues, specifically focusing on medical malpractice issues.
