• Responsible for the entire End to End recruitment at Pan India level for Lifestyle Business. Strategizing recruitment plans as per business priorities, critical positions and TAT.• Hiring practices by using various sourcing methods like Web portals (i.e.Naukri, LinkedIn), Head Hunting, employee referrals, IJB’s and maintaining a consistent pool of candidates. • Working closely with BHR’s , Functional Head’s and Hiring Manager’s to clarify and understand the position and deliver relevant profiles. Suggest BHR’s and Functional Heads to look for diversity in terms of industry, gender and experience Etc.• Prepare Salary Break up’s and handle entire negotiation process. Submit all relevant letters/ documents/ certificates to the payroll team• Updating HR Deck and headcount tracker on regular basis to ensure proper tracking of vacant/Hold/Open Positions.• Managing Onboarding & Induction at Pan India level of new hires and transferred employees including documentation , company policies, releasing Appointment Letters, background checks, relocation, Joining Communications, planning business inductions and other aspects related to hiring/transfer.
