I’m a performancedriven, productive lawyer and the last ten years I’ve worked with Danish Labour relations advisory and employment administration/operations. I have experience with leadership and management of teams, since I'm currently Head of Labour Relations in COWI A/S. I've had successful experience as a manager for the last 5 years. I especially value the more strategic thinking, change management and relating to people in this role, both within the team and the business. I am very experienced and have a great deal of knowledge of Labour Relations issues, such as salary- and contract negotiations, work-councils and concrete personnel cases. This also includes supporting the leaders in the business answering lots of ad hoc and complex questions and issues in very different areas within the HR legal area, both locally and globally. The last 7 years in COWI A/S, I've also worked a great deal with C&B, mobility cases, project management and various global issues.I have vast knowledge of and experience with drawing- and keeping policies and processes up to date. I'm currently in charge of driving the yearly salary regulation/negotiation process as an example. My language skills are excellent, I'm fluent in Danish and English, and I have a great deal of experience and also knowledge of working within a global company, which really motivates me.I’m also motivated by delivering excellent service and advice on the highest level possible. I can communicate very complicated problems in an understandable way, and I have the ability to cut to the chase. I'm also very driven by making things better for all. I'm solution oriented, typically the "go to person" and a teamplayer.
