I handle all aspects of buying and selling for my real estate clients. As a member of A.M.P.I., the Mexican Association of Professional Realtors and a member of the Vallarta Multiple Listing Service, I have access to all properties currently on the market in Puerto Vallarta and the greater Banderas Bay area including all of the Riviera Nayarit. I am also a licensed Realtor in the United States in California and a current member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am constantly taking courses to update and expand my knowledge of the real estate field here in Mexico as well as continuing eduction in the U.S. One can never have too much knowledge and it helps position me to provide the best service possible to my clients.

Telecommunications Consulting including the sale and installation of VOIP Personal Assistant, a highly productive telephone service application. Also negotiated cell tower leases for the major wireless carriers and tower companies in the United States.

I started with IBM as a Territory Account Sales Representative Manager with a regional sales territory in Arkansas and subsequently was promoted to their National Storage Systems Center located in San Jose, CA as a Storage Marketing Specialist. Over the years I held various marketing and sales management positions in the company across multiple divisions including both hardware and software responsibilities. My last position with IBM was Director, Telecommunications Software Solutions, with responsibility for managing a worldwide sales team selling solutions for the Telecom Industry, both Wireless and Landline companies.
