    I began my journey at Frontpage Digital as a General Virtual Assistant. Within two months, I was promoted to Pod Leader, equivalent to a Team Leader role, where I initially managed a team of two to six members while spearheading a Lead Generation project. As the team expanded, I led over 15 members—including Interim Pod Leaders, General VAs, and Designers—on a major design project for a SaaS platform. My responsibilities extended beyond team management, including research, SOP creation, organizational tasks, setting up and testing various tools and platforms, and implementing projects and automation workflows in ClickUp and Asana.Our team have used Balsamiq for wireframing and Figma for the high-fidelity designs. My role was to create the wireframe flows that designers could use as a reference and make sure that the guidelines were in place and updated. Aside from the design tasks, I initially managed the team project in Asana before switching to ClickUp. I had the opportunity to train the team and guide them on the new platform, set up the ClickUp project, add report views, organise tasks and add automation.
