Involved in Research and Resourcing through various portals and websites * Build networks to find qualified passive potential candidates through Head-Hunting and Networking.* Arranging Client Interviews and co-coordinating with foreign delegates regarding the interviews* Checking with the candidates their relevant experience, interest in relocation, their present salaries / expected salaries, legal permit to work in the location, doing reference check etc. Conducting the required interviews.conducting the telephonic interviews, face to face interviews, update the candidates with the feedback.* Co-ordinate daily basis with Client knowing their manpower requirement, giving them full confident that we are closely working with them and putting all our efforts in fulfilling their requirements.
