* Talent Acquisition & Head Count development, Focused on Hire level recruitments * Responsible for Recruiting of All types of manpower for the project all over – Middle East & India * Lead a Team of 5 members, final screening the CVs in line with the job description, candidate’s background.* Searching CVs for Lead Profiles in our company website, other popular portals, local newspaper advertisements* Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Involved in Research and Resourcing through various portals and websites * Build networks to find qualified passive potential candidates through Head-Hunting and Networking.* Arranging Client Interviews and co-coordinating with foreign delegates regarding the interviews* Checking with the candidates their relevant experience, interest in relocation, their present salaries / expected salaries, legal permit to work in the location, doing reference check etc. Conducting the required interviews.conducting the telephonic interviews, face to face interviews, update the candidates with the feedback.* Co-ordinate daily basis with Client knowing their manpower requirement, giving them full confident that we are closely working with them and putting all our efforts in fulfilling their requirements. Providing our utmost services to them.* Attending to the problems of clients in critical stages, trouble shooting and getting the things done on time. . * Follow-up with clients for the feedback in a diplomatic way.* Manage Temp availability to meet client needs. * Analysing the compensation packages in the market
