Product Implementation Manager(CompXchange™): Product Highlights: Tax withholding and reporting process requires close coordination between Payroll department, Equity Compensation Department and third parties such as the company designated broker or administrator. This coordination is particularly challenging when the company uses multiple payroll systems. Our interface connects Payroll and HR systems to Stock Option Admin systems to ensure that Employee demographic and Year To Date Tax information is synchronized. The interface also pulls Taxable events from the SOA system and formats data into an acceptable format for the payroll system. The interface also has a directory watcher installed on our server which looks for Payroll and HR files and automatically process them. Email notifications are also sent with status of process so action could be taken when encountering a processing error.Role: Implementing payroll and tax interface between HR/Payroll and SOA systems. Responsible for analyzing and mapping of Payroll and Tax data. Responsible for creating custom outputs for demographic and YTD Taxes to the SOA system. Also responsible for implementing payroll route backs from SOA to Payroll systems. Make sure data is transferred securely between Payroll and SOA by following industry standard protocols such as FTPS, SSL secured web uploader and/or manual upload via the web interface.
