It is this sense of purpose that drives me every day; empowering individuals and organisations to realise their inherent and fullest potential.I was privileged to join Cappfinity when it was just conceived as an idea by our Founders over 15 years ago, upon graduating, as its second employee (after Dr Alex Linley, CEO). Through this incredible journey, I am grateful to have gained deep expertise in combining strengths-based approaches with occupational psychology, to innovatively deliver organisational performance across sectors globally.Today, Cappfinity is globally renowned as the leader in strengths-based assessment and development, providing award-winning talent solutions with offices in the UK, USA and Australia.With a specialism in Early Career assessment and development, I believe we have the privilege of shaping the lives and characters of early career professionals, that will form the foundation of their entire careers. I partner with organisations to build career readiness, increase social mobility, and deliver award-winning assessment and development methodologies with early talent populations. Passionate about developing leaders, I have a PhD on the 'Role of Wisdom in Organisational Leadership'. I work with global organisations to shape their leadership development strategy, whilst also specialising in strengths-based executive coaching.As a female, ethnic minority leader myself, bringing greater diversity and inclusion within our organisations is very close to my heart. Through speaking events, I serve as a leading voice in building inclusion with historically underrepresented talent, across the employee lifecycle.
