Manage projects within the Capital Works program from inception to completion of the works.• Act as a key member in the end to end oversight and implementation of the Capital Works program.• Timely and effective program management including design management, delivery and implementation of the project program focusing on time, cost, quality, stakeholder, health and safety and compliance deliverables.• Work with the Operations/leasing team to ensure appropriate actions are taken in accordance with the lease and in consultation with the Property Manager. • Procure and manage the resources to deliver the Capital Works program including Project Managers, Architects and Principal or Head Contractors and other specialist consultants.• Prepare, co-ordinate and issue weekly and monthly reports to Group Property.• Carry out administration, co-ordination and management functions to support the delivery of the Capital Works program within the state/region, including preparation of contracts and consultant agreements, invoice and payment certificates, purchase orders, tenders and contract administration• Be aware of, and implement all requirements of the Westpac Health Safety Management Framework relevant to the delivery of the Capital Works program.• Liaison with senior business stakeholders, branch management, Architects, PMs and other consultants as necessary to prepare a Feasibility Report and Project Definition Plan for each branch.• Liaise with, and co-ordinate all internal WBC stakeholders including IT, Security, Marketing, Leasing, HSW, Major Works Team, Property Managers, PMO, Westpac Design, etc.

• Influence the Project Planning and briefing phase by providing operational and business advice• Manage communication and co-ordination between the Project Manager and the Branch/BBC/Instore during the implementation of Retail Capital Works projects, ensuring all business needs are met• Management of the Bank Manager/Head Of in preparing, understanding and being fully engaged in the planning and preparation for Retail Capital Works projects• Provide facilitation and creative solutions during the implementation of Retail Capital Works projects by reviewing and approving the staging plans to minimise disruption to business activities and employees• Manage and coordinate the business readiness activities leading up to the commencement of the Retail Capital Works projects• In conjunction with the State Property Manager, liaise with the Bank and Regional General Managers as required to effect the works in accordance with the program • Report on progress as required to the State Property Manager, National Manager Retail Projects, Construction managers and other main stakeholders• Continuously improve the CEM processes and documentation• Develop and demonstrate process improvements and initiatives to enhance the CEM role and/or business experience resulting in an efficiency gain• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in the overall Retail Capital Works process to the National Manager Retail Projects and Construction• Ensure Westpac values and standards are incorporated and executed at all times
