-Organized several fundraising events (physical and virtual) efficiently for various nonprofits. Recently curated and spearheaded the 2022 Heritage India Faire for CBSCI in Cupertino. - Developed strategies to spread awareness, educate masses and disseminate information to targeted audience. -Organized US-India Symposium on State Series 2021 on behalf of Cupertino Bhubaneswar Sister City Initiative and Indo American Business and Arts Council in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, SFO for knowledge exchange platforms. -Initiated, curated and organized panel discussions/ forums/ presentations/ events on issues, topics, business concerns, films, media, dance, music, artwork, books, to raise awareness and influence decision makers. -Assisted in creating modules for course work when teaching in college. -Increased Bay Area users for Remitly (a fin-tech company) as its Ethnic Marketing & Media Consultant through usage of various marketing tools and outreach methods. Researched and identified digital ad producers at reasonable rates for promotional materials. -Worked on poverty alleviation projects to bring change in developing economies through World Community Service program at the Rotary Club of Cupertino, an organization that has completed several global projects in developing nations. -Launched a half hour Radio Show named Community Connect - a show that discusses local community issues, events, immigrant stories, etc engaging community with innovative programming. -Managed outreach and GOTV operations for Ro Khanna’s Congressional Campaign, 2014, 2016: Strategized and executed GOTV field plans for South Asian outreach that resulted in a huge voter turnout - from few 1000’s to 22,000 plus creating a whole new base of voters/volunteers through increasing awareness in the South Asian community. - and many other activities that can be discussed.

TV Asia is the first South Asian TV network across North America that covers issues, concerns, happenings, current topics of Indian Americans as well as global significance. -Launched the network in Bay Area; wore several hats to independently execute the programs. -Started with few hours of raw content which is now more than 100 hours of programming per month with a team of interns, freelance reporters and camerapersons. -Acquired new social impact programming (Chai with Manjula) and technology programming (TiE-TV series) adding fresh programming and revenue for the company. -Produced content of inspirational and social impact stories, entrepreneurial journeys, artiste journeys, politico-economic issues, awareness programs, financial & business conferences, to a wide range of topics especially in the South Asian community here and in India. This necessitated interfacing with all levels of community, political and governmental leaderships and public in general. -Provided administrative leadership for operations, overseeing the long term strategy including budgeting, forecasting and analysis. -Spearheaded media partnerships and collaborations for TV Asia with the South Asian diaspora. -Established branding and image building of TV Asia through innovative outreach strategies and creative programming.-Resulted in increased viewership, ads and sponsorships in these new markets.

CBSCI is a nonprofit organization set up to establish friendly ties between the two cities of culturally diverse nations. -Initiated sister city relationship in Nov 2009 and established the same in 2012 with the signing of MOU between two Mayors of the Cities. -Completed paper work for nonprofit status following IRS & FTB guidelines. -Spearheaded 2022 Annual Arts and Culture Outdoor Program and Fundrasier- first Heritage India Faire showcasing Konark Festival & Purab Fest- cohosted by City of Cupertino, Consulate General of India SFO, and supported by many other organizations and with sponsors such as Amazon, Sitby Care, ICICI, SBI, and many others. This initiative was part of arts, culture, trade and tourism exchange program and to raise funds for student exchange program and homeless support. - Organized US- India Symposium for knowledge exchange between US and Odisha.-Organized three successful trips for the Cupertino Mayor and supported a Cupertino Rotary trip to Bhubaneswar. -Established Cultural Arts Exchange, Teacher & Student Exchange, and working on Government Training for e-Governance, Smart City & Sustainability. Such programs encourage mutual respect of two nations to create future global leaders.-Organized first Student Exchange Program and welcomed delegation from Sai International School, BBSR to Lynbrook High School, Cupertino. -Organized indoor Arts and Culture Exchange Programs with visiting artistes from India and to raise funds for our programs. -Initiated India Independence day celebrations with former Cupertino Mayor Savita Vaidhyanathan

Established in 1982 by legendary Indian film star and community leader Honorable Member of Parliament Late Sunil Dutt, the organization creates awareness and supports projects in India in the areas of cancer, health, education, women empowerment. - Mobilizing funds in USA through various committees to support various projects in India - Coordinating with the chapters for annual fundraising events- Launching programs to support the cause- Supported Chairman’s efforts in establishing a new Board and volunteer team in Bay Area.- Initiated strategic partnerships to secure funding opportunities through major gifts, grants, special events, direct mailers, annual giving, donor relations and corporations with the support of the board.
