Strategic Planning and Analysis- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans in alignment with the Executive Director's vision and organizational goals, including market analysis, opportunities assessment, risk management, and financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making and resource allocation.Business Development- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnership and ventures aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.Project Management- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key projects within the Executive Director's office. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and alignment with organizational goals.- Provide oversight and guidance on business operational matters related but not limited to process improvement, efficiency initiatives and risk mitigation. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics of businesses, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.Financial Management- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulationsStrategic Support- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis and industry knowledge. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Executive Director and other senior leaders.
