My responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting Veeam backup solutions, configuring Windows Firewall and Windows Defender admin portal, and administering Azure Active Directory and Office 365. I develop and optimize PowerShell scripts, manage Windows servers and desktops, utilize Gorelo RMM and ScreenConnect for remote support, and handle VMware ESXi and vCenter Server administration. Additionally, I oversee Keeper password management to ensure secure practices.
