Responsibilities:• Technical realisation of national and international power plant projects• Leading and coordination of the design group Steel Structure• Conceptual design, preliminary structural investigations and analysis for steel structures • Development of basic– and execution planning through 3D-Models• Presentation of planning results through 2D/3D-planning tools• Preparation of technical requirements, specifications and contractual documents• Management of subcontractors and control of the fulfilment of contracts• Qualitative and quantitative inspection of the engineering documents• Coordination and supervision of the execution of all Engineering deliverables for Steel Structures in collaboration with the respective engineering groups • Support of the Project Managers with regards to engineering resources, cost control and claim management

Responsibilities:• Preparation of technical requirements for the internal and external Engineering execution• Coordination of Engineering-Activities for the steel works• Planning, supervision and management of the execution of all Engineering-Activities for the steel structure in cooperation with the relevant Engineering departments• Support of the Project manager with regards to resource and cost control• Providing information on quantity control, cost to complete and risk assessment for System Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager• Claim management: Provision and negotiationSite Engineering: • Problems solving for steel structure and equipment issues• Interface between Site, Steel fabricator and internal / external Engineering departments• Supervisor of the erection companies

Responsibilities:• Technical support to Project managers and technical clarification with Clients• Project management of individual projects• Preparation of construction drawings inclusive of material and part lists• Preparation of structural analysis including connection design• To compile requirements of materials and technical specifications of contractual documents• Development of Tender documents and provision of technical advice to clients and project partners• Setting out of Schedule of deliverables• Design solutions for Structural elements• Preparation of workshop documentation and assembly drawings• Proactive Client acquisition and care of customer base
