Additionally, Fischer worked on the committee to launch the Real Estate Exchange Program (REEX), a summer intensive educational program dedicated to exposing diverse high school students to top universities and CRE career opportunities presented by the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC) at MIT Center for Real Estate. Fischer also collaborated with leading associations to provide DE&I training for the Boston CRE industry. Prior to joining Keller Augusta, Fischer served as Executive Director of NAIOP Massachusetts, where she managed strategic initiatives, developed high caliber programs and created the NAIOP Women's Leadership Network, NAIOP Massachusetts University and the NAIOP Leadership Institute.
