Hi, I'm Reese, an Honors English major at Fordham University with Minors in Business Administration and Environmental Studies. I am passionate about project management, workflow strategy, and marketing, and I'm seeking internship opportunities to apply my leadership, problem-solving, and creativity.As Co-Chair of Fordham’s Global Outreach (GO!) Program, I lead a 9-member board and manage subcommittees focused on marketing, fundraising, and team development for 15 global projects. Using data-driven outreach, I helped increase participant applications by 300% in our two most recent cycles. I also introduced a leader handbook and digital resource bank to support GO!'s exceptional leaders!As a Resident Assistant, I fostered an engaged community for 40 first-year students, earning the “RA Rookie of the Year” award and a 93.3% satisfaction rating (compared to 72% campus-wide). I plan 20 hall-wide events annually and guide a 5-person Residence Hall Association in organizing 10 additional programs.Outside of these roles, I serve as Treasurer of Fordham Experimental Theater, managing a $4,000 budget (including donations and a budget appeal) to fund productions and club maintenance. Additionally, as Secretary of Fordham Backstage, I coordinate club communications and support 15+ performance groups.I am a standup comedian and spoken word poet, passionate about connecting with audiences through creativity and humor. I have also worked as a Camp Counselor and earned my Girl Scout Gold Award for starting a middle school debate program, further developing my leadership and community engagement skills.I'm excited to apply my project management, leadership, and data-driven skills in a professional setting.
