Working in a small business in the HVAC industry handling nearly every aspect of the business operations. I utilize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to execute all tasks including AP/AR, sales/purchasing management, Vendor and Customer relations, as well as inside sales. Used ADP and was responsible for payroll and employee management as well as basic HR duties including hiring and terminations, creating and maintaining employee handbook, heading up employee safety training, managing employee disputes, and processing Work Comp claims. Responsible for all insurance needs for the business including acquiring and maintaining CGL, Work Comp, and Business Auto. Responsible for all business processes and their efficiency.
