With over 10 years of experience in workforce development, I have developed expertise in skills analysis, employee training, human resources management, and program administration. Additionally, I assisted service members who received a warm handover or produce a DD-2958 signed by their commander, indicating they have not met Career Readiness Standards, as well as low-income individuals defined by 6 months of income.Furthermore, I actively coordinated and participated in several veteran outreach events, including Veteran Stand-downs, Women Veterans Outreach Event, Point-in-time Count, homeless resources programs, and community resource events. -
