I am an Enterprise Agile Coach with several years’ experience of coaching at Enterprise, Programme and Team level on global Agile transformation programmes. I have a portfolio of long term and repeat engagements with Tier 1 clients in the financial services and insurance sectors. I work with senior leadership and teams to improve performance and meet organisational goals. As an ICAgile certified coach and Scrum & Kanban Practitioner, I help organisations transform their ways of working. The knowledge of psychology and practices learned as a Barefoot Coaching trained Business & Personal Coach, underpin my coaching engagements. Also, as an Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach, I coach and facilitate large groups of people focusing on systemic issues.I am a certified TBR trainer (Training from the Back of the Room) and I have delivered 1000+ hours training in the UK and Europe on Agile Leadership, Scrum, Kanban, etc. for clients Aviva, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC and American Express.I am the cofounder of a successful software product company, B2M Solutions. As the Product Development Director, I introduced Agile and lean principles into the Product Development team and then throughout the company to enable the business to deliver innovative products in a rapidly changing market. This led to Motorola Solutions acquiring a stake in the company in 2014. I introduced XP, Scrum and Kanban practices and led a DevOps focussed team that adopted continuous deployment to create an enterprise scale SaaS platform with five-nines availability from launch.Prior to confounding B2M Solutions, I was a freelance software architect and engineer and developed some of the early mobile data solutions for clients including IBM, BT, ICL and Symbian.

Assignments included: Designing and developing a software distribution product running on Secure UNIX (ICL 1993-1995); Developing comms software for Lufthansa cargo handling system (BT Syntegra 1992-1993); Designing and implementing an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Message Processing layer of the Airline Bureau System (BT Syntegra 1993-1995).From 1995 I worked on some of the early mobile data projects and was responsible for the design and development of the communications subsystem for three major mobile communications projects. This included:Design and development of a communications gateway for the TNT collections application (BT Syntegra: 1995-8); Leading the implementation of a GSM Gateway to handle the data traffic between Depot computers and handheld computers for 5,500 Parcelforce Users (IBM: 1998-2000);Leading the Development Team in the design and development of the components for a mobile Fleet Logistics application (Intermec: 2000-2).In the early start up days of B2M Solutions, I also did two freelance development assignments at Symbian in order to fund the business. I also developed J2ME midlets and wrote servlets to verify compatibility with the latest version of MIDP and WMA.
