- Oversee day-to-day operations for furnishing- Managing all stores across Bangalore and Jaipur- Involvement in making the strategies and policies- Handling the team and make sure the team follows the policies and guidelines- Experience in Inventory Management- Developing and implementing growth strategies- Training(Product Training) for low level management and staff- Sales Target meeting of every store- Handling Customer Issues and Vendor management
