With time, my experience led me to become an HR Manager and eventually Director.When I joined The Scalers, an Indo-French startup, I felt more confident as I had already experienced the ups and downs of working in a startup environment. The company was still in its early stages when I joined; it was a small house with only me as the first employee sitting alone in the corner. Over the next five years, the company grew to around 500 employees.During my time at The Scalers, I was responsible for building self-functioning operation teams, as well as creating ODCs (Offshore Development Centers) for SMEs.I possess strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills, which I apply in my day-to-day work. My dedication, accuracy, confidence, and perseverance are my innate personality traits, which have helped me succeed in my professional career.
