Digia has given me a chance to get familiar with the product development and Financial business. The mounting demands of customers, changing regulations and the ever-increasing pressure of competition makes this business very interesting and challenging. Still the software testing and the testing process development are the main issues in my daily work. Also the role of team lead is still continuing and giving me the extra spice I really like.

I'm Senior Test Engineer. My experience in testing has started already in 1999. All phases in the software testing process are familiar to me. I have a wide experience of different kind of client sw projects, also multicultural. In the latest projects, I have concentrated to the software testing tasks and at the same time having line management tasks including supervising of group of employees, project allocation following, competence coordination and hr related tasks. I have also been a test manager for several projects. The most challenging ones were mobile device projects, where I had a team lead for about 20 employees in 4 different sites, also abroad.I have wide experience of solving technical problems and the ability to investigate problems from different views.

During 8 years I worked as a software test engineer, system designer, account manager and as a programmer.The main area for me is and has been the software testing. In Digia my responsibilities on that were Symbian testing, mainly non-functional testing, test result analyzing and reporting, test planning, test development and automatization of test cases.
